Notice of Privacy Practices (HIPAA)
Appointments can be made by calling one of our three locations. For our patients’ convenience, Dermatology Associates offers day, evening and Saturday hours. Note that our physicians rotate daily through all offices.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call the appropriate office at least 24 hours in advance.
If there is no one in the office to take your phone call, the answering service will always pick up the physicians’ phone calls. The answering service will be in touch with the physician on call in case of an emergency.
Insurance is designed to help you meet the cost of medical services but the responsibility for payment is ultimately yours.
